- Returns requested within 7 days of receiving the product
🚫 Does NOT Apply to:
- Products purchased through Amazon or other third-party affiliates
- Perishable goods, personal hygiene products, or final sale items
- Items that are used, missing parts, or not in resalable condition
🔹 For Affiliated Products: If you purchased an item from an affiliate partner (Amazon, eBay, etc.), please check their refund and return policy. They handle returns separately.
2. How to Initiate a Return (For EkNazarDeals.com Products)

- Log in to your EkNazarDeals.com account
- Navigate to “My Orders” and select the item
- Click “Request a Return”, attach photos (if applicable), and explain the issue

- We will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, you will receive an email with return instructions

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Use the provided return shipping label (if applicable)

Receive Your Refund or Exchange
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days
3. Refund Policy (For EkNazarDeals.com Products Only)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Partial Refunds
- Returned item is damaged due to customer mishandling
- Return request was submitted after the return period expired
Refund Denial
- The item was not purchased from EkNazarDeals.com
- Return does not meet eligibility criteria
4. Returns & Refunds for Affiliated Products (Amazon, etc.)
Affiliate purchases must follow the return/refund process of the seller platform (e.g. Amazon or eBay).

- Check the seller’s return policy on their website
- Follow their platform’s return steps (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
- EkNazarDeals.com does NOT process returns for affiliate purchases
5. Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
- You cover return shipping for “change of mind” or customer-initiated returns
- Affiliate returns follow the seller’s shipping policy
6. Exchange Policy (For EkNazarDeals.com Products Only)
We allow exchanges for:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Size or color mismatches (based on availability)
To request an exchange, follow the same return process and select “Exchange” instead of “Refund”.
